You’ve spent years carrying more than anyone realises — holding families, classrooms, teams, schools, and entire emotional ecosystems together. You give until there’s nothing left, then keep going because that’s what over-givers do. You hold the late-night worries, the unseen labour, the invisible firefighting. You push through exhaustion because everyone needs you. And somewhere along the way, your own needs slipped quietly out of the picture.
Burnout isn’t a sign that you’ve failed. It’s a sign that you’ve been surviving on a nervous system that has lived in over-drive for far too long. Whether you over-give at home, at work, or in education, you deserve a place where you’re not the one holding everything. You deserve support that meets you where you actually are — not where you think you “should” be.
At Deeply Wellbeing, you are safe and held.

Everything I offer is built around one simple truth: over-giving is an identity pattern, not a personality trait. When you learn to regulate your nervous system, soften the survival strategies, and rebuild a sense of self that isn’t constantly braced for duty, everything changes. These are the three ways you can begin.
When you are exhausted, overwhelmed, or disappearing into everyone else’s needs, 1:1 sessions give you structured support to come back to yourself. These sessions combine nervous system regulation, somatic tools, trauma-aware coaching, and identity-pattern work to help you move out of survival mode and into steady, grounded clarity.
Whether you are an over-giver in life, an exhausted teacher, a burned-out leader, or someone who has no idea who they are beneath the caring, this is your first step. No pressure. No performance. Just space where you don’t have to hold anything.

Maximum 6 people in person
For women who want deeper, ongoing change, this intimate six-week programme brings together a small group of over-givers to gently undo the habits that lead to burnout. Set inside the calm of the cabin, sessions are slow, somatic, and safe — a space to practise boundaries, soothe emotional overload, reset nervous-system patterns, and rebuild a sense of self that isn’t defined by giving until it hurts.
Small groups create a different kind of transformation: collective support, recognition, relief, and the realisation that you never had to do this alone.
Education is full of over-givers — teachers, leaders, mentors, SENDCos, SCITT trainees, and staff who carry more emotional labour than any job description acknowledges. With over twenty years in school leadership, I understand the pressure, performance culture, safeguarding load, and quiet responsibility that shape educators’ wellbeing.
I offer trauma-aware CPD, staff wellbeing circles, leadership coaching, and restorative practices that support the nervous system rather than add another initiative to the calendar. When staff feel regulated, valued, and supported, schools change from the inside out.

Over-giving isn’t a mindset problem. It’s a survival strategy. Your nervous system learned to earn safety, belonging, or approval through being the one who copes, cares, fixes, organises, manages, absorbs, or rescues. This identity becomes so practiced that you forget where it ends and where you begin.
My work brings together:
trauma-aware coaching
nervous system regulation
somatic and restorative practices
identity-pattern work
boundary repair
emotional processing
leadership experience within education
integrative wellbeing methods
This is not surface-level self-care. It’s deep, practical, steady transformation.
For ongoing support, you can access restorative yoga, somatic practices, meditations, hypnotherapy audios, and the Weekly Wellbeing Resets designed for over-givers and educators. A quiet library of resources to return to whenever you need grounding.

I have spent nearly 20 years of over-responsibility in the education sector, teaching, leading through Senior Leadership & Headship, firefighting emotional crises, and holding more than one nervous system should. I know what it means to be the person everyone relies on. And I know what happens when the body finally says “no.”
My work is rooted in science, somatics, trauma awareness, and deep compassion. I help over-givers and educators rebuild themselves from burnout, not through pressure, but through gentleness, presence, and practical tools that create lasting change.
