About Nicky


I help over-givers who’ve lost themselves.

I didn’t become a wellbeing practitioner through a peaceful yogic awakening. I arrived here the way many women do: burnt out, broken at the edges, and holding so much that my body finally said “no more.”

I have spent nearly 20 years of over-responsibility in the education sector, teaching, leading through Senior Leadership & Headship, firefighting emotional crises, and holding more than one nervous system should. I know what it means to be the person everyone relies on. And I know what happens when the body finally says “no.”

My work is rooted in science, somatics, trauma awareness, and deep compassion. I help over-givers and educators rebuild themselves from burnout, not through pressure, but through gentleness, presence, and practical tools that create lasting change.
