Why I Do This Work

I know burnout from the inside. As a mother, wife, grandmother, teacher, senior leader, a headteacher, and now a Lead Mentor for ITT/ECF teachers in Leicestershire, I’ve carried responsibility, lived the pressure, and walked the edge of collapse.

And I also know the way back.

The Deeply Well Path was born from my own healing — integrating science, soul, and somatic practice. Now, I guide others through the same spiral: gently, practically, and compassionately.

My mission is simple: to prevent burnout, nurture resilience, and help people flourish — in classrooms, workplaces, and in life.
